Shipping Policy

Deliveries of your orders are made with Speedex Courier.

Shipping costs for all orders are 3,00€.

For orders over 50€ shipping costs are free. (However, the payment costs, if you choose to pay by cash on delivery, remain 1,20€).

Prices include VAT 24%.

In some cases, the store may change the cost of shipping, as well as the cost of cash on delivery at zero during our offer period.

Our store cooperates with courier companies which undertake to send the order and deliver it to your place. The courier companies will contact you, if necessary, to make an appointment for the exact time of delivery, in case they will not be able to find you.

Delivery time depends on the availability mentioned on the page of each product.

In inaccessible areas shipping may be delayed by up to 5 business days. In exceptional cases and after consultation, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest courier agency and the customer will receive it from there. Shipping costs for inaccessible areas are NOT increasing.

In case of shipment of large volume or weight items, the shipment can be done after consultation with a transport company.
